Channel Point Rewards

Legends of Arthengard can recognize Twitch channel point rewards and automatically deliver items to the city storage when viewers redeem them. The rewards need to be set up once in the Twitch Creator Dashboard with the correct name.

Available Rewards

There are two rewards recognized by the game:

LoA Food Supplyor: LoA Nahrungsrationen3× Food Rations
LoA Building Materialor: LoA Baumaterial8× Wood Planks, 12× Stone Blocks

These quantities are per 1,000 channel points and are additionally multiplied by the city's development level (see Scaling).

The name must be written exactly as shown. Upper/lower case and spaces do not matter. The German alternative names work just as well.

Creating a Reward in the Twitch Dashboard

Open your Twitch Creator Dashboard and navigate to Viewer Rewards → Channel Points Rewards. Click Add Custom Reward and fill in the fields as follows:

* Reward Name21/45
LoA Building Material
Description (Optional)0/200
Briefly describe what your viewers should wish for.
Require Viewer to Enter TextWhen enabled, viewers will see a required text field in the reward.
* Cost
1000
Tip: Viewers earn an average of 220 points per hour.
Subscribers receive multipliers up to 2.

Enter one of the available reward names (see above) as the Name. The Cost must be at least 1,000 points. Higher costs deliver proportionally more items: at 2,000 points double, at 3,000 triple, and so on.

The description can be freely written or left empty. The viewer text field must remain turned off.

Recommended Settings

Scroll down on the same page and enable the following options:

Skip Reward Requests QueueWhen enabled, future viewer requests will not need to be reviewed.
Cooldown & LimitsSet redemption cooldowns and limits for viewers.
Redemption Cooldown
Enter time
Minute(s) ▾
Up to 7 days between redemptions
Redemption Limit per Stream
Enter amount
Max. total redemptions for viewers
Redemption Limit per User per Stream
1
Max. individual redemptions per viewer per stream

Skip Reward Requests Queue must be enabled because the bot processes redemptions automatically. Without this option, they end up in the Twitch queue and never reach the game.

Redemption Limit per User per Stream should be set to 1. Each viewer can only redeem each reward once per stream. The game enforces this limit server-side as well, but the Twitch setting prevents viewers from accidentally wasting their points.

The remaining fields (cooldown and total redemptions) can be left empty or adjusted as needed.

Scaling

The delivered quantity depends on two factors:

  • Cost Multiplier: For every 1,000 channel points, a multiple of the base amount is delivered. At a cost of 3,000 points, triple the base amount is delivered.
  • City Development Level: The sum of all building levels divided by the number of building types gives an additional multiplier. The more developed your city, the more is delivered.

Important Notes

  • Rewards are only processed during a live stream. Redemptions while offline are not delivered.
  • Each viewer can redeem each reward only once per stream. Further redemptions are ignored server-side.
  • Items are delivered directly to the city storage, not to the redeeming viewer's inventory.
  • For cities with multiple channels, each channel counts separately. A viewer can redeem the reward once in each active channel of the city.
